We have our own Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol which is obligated by laws and regulations concerning financial operations. This protocol is mandated for the safety of all parties as you, your client, and Ruul, plus for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering precautions.

Your name, a valid e-mail address, and bank account information for collecting payments are needed to use Ruul for invoicing and getting paid.

By international and local laws, we cannot accept any freelancer/service provider under the age of 18.

After registering for Ruul as a talent, you need to complete the following steps to be fully onboarded:

1. Complete your ID verification steps

2. Authorize Ruul as your digital service reseller

3. Provide your banking information

Select “Proceed as an Organization” on the registration page. Use a valid corporate e-mail address to sign up and fill in the necessary information about your business. After your organization is verified, you can login and manage legal agreements, invoices and talent payments.

To change your password, visit your dashboard. Click on the Settings tab and then the Account tab. You will see related fields there.

To be onboarded, login to your dashboard, authorize Ruul as your digital service provider and add your organization’s information. The onboarding steps are also instructed on your dashboard. Feel free to reach out to our Support Team whenever you feel the need.
