Yes. When creating the invoice, you can select the frequency: Once, Weekly, Monthly, Every 3 months, Every 6 months, or Yearly.
Each invoice includes a payment link. Your client can use this link to pay without registering on Ruul. They can also sign up and pay from their dashboard. Both bank transfers and credit card payments are supported.
A base commission fee is applied to all the invoices. Additional fees may apply:
Cross-border Fee: Applies if your client’s location is different from yours.
Foreign Exchange Fee: Applies if you want to collect the payment in a different currency than the invoice currency.
VAT: Applies if required by your client’s country regulations.
Credit Card Fee: An additional fee due to credit card processing costs.
Crypto Payout Fee: Applies if you want to get paid in crypto. Check out the pricing calculator here.
You can collect payments into your personal bank account, a Payoneer account, or your Binance account.To add a payment account, log in to app.ruul.io and go to Profile > Settings > Payment Accounts > Add New.
Invoices can be created in 140 currencies. You can receive payments in these 140 currencies or in crypto.
No. Currently, clients cannot make payments in cryptocurrencies. They can use standard currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, and more. If you choose Binance as your payout option, their payments will be converted to USDT automatically.
Yes. An additional fee applies based on when your client will make the payment:
The Early Pay fee is always paid by the talent, regardless of who covers the service fee on the invoice.
To use Early Pay, the following requirements must be met:
Your payout will be initiated within 1 business day after your client approves the invoice.
Your client must pay by the end of the payment term specified on the invoice.
Eligible clients can have a limit ranging from 100 EUR to 25,000 EUR.
Your client must register on Ruul and add their organization details. Once verified and eligibility requirements are met, the Early Pay option should be available when creating the invoice. If it's not, please contact us for further details.
A payment link is generated with every invoice. You can use this link to pay without registering on Ruul. Alternatively, you can sign up and pay from your dashboard. Both bank transfers and credit card payments are supported.
Yes. With our bulk invoicing feature, you can pay multiple talents all at once.
The commission fee can be paid by either you or your talent. The service fee payer is chosen when creating the invoice.

We use a cash-based accounting model. Until the invoice is paid, it is technically a payment request. After the payment is made, the commercial invoice is sent to both the client and the talent.

Operational costs vary based on local financial regulations, banking fees, and exchange rates. To ensure fair pricing, our rates are customized based on these factors.
The service fee payer is the person who pays Ruul’s commission fee for the invoice. This can be either you or your client, and it is selected when creating the invoice.
No. The commission fee must be paid in full by either you or your client; it cannot be split between both parties.
An additional 1.5% crypto payout fee is applied on top of the base rate. Check out the pricing calculator here.
Currently, we only accommodate Binance users. However, we are continuously expanding our payment infrastructure and will be adding new crypto exchanges to our network soon.

VAT: Depending on your client’s location, VAT is automatically added to the invoice.
Income Taxes: You are responsible for declaring your income and paying your own taxes in your country of tax residence.
