At Ruul, we're always striving to make your experience smoother and more efficient. We're excited to introduce several new features and improvements that will help you manage your business operations more effectively. Here’s what’s new:
1) Invoicing
Bulk Invoice Changes
Gone are the days of needing Excel to manage bulk invoices. You can now create bulk invoices directly from the dashboard by selecting talents. For those who still prefer using Excel, the import option remains available.
To ease the process, if you plan to upload an Excel file in Ruul's new version, download the sample file, which includes current talents and projects in dropdown menus. Simply fill out and import the sample file to create up-to-date invoices. New talents are automatically added to the sample file. Enhanced Invoice Tracker
Our enhanced invoice tracker now provides detailed updates on your payment status. We've added timestamps to make tracking simpler and included FAQs at each step to help you navigate the process more easily.
Itemized Invoices
Invoices now feature an itemized structure, allowing you to list each service with a description, quantity, and unit price, with the total automatically calculated. Unit options include items, hours, days, weeks, and months.
Transparent Pricing Breakdown
We've improved our pricing transparency. VAT was applied to transactions but wasn’t highlighted on the invoice. But now, the VAT is clearly shown in the breakdown. This provides a detailed breakdown by separating all charges for better clarity and transparency.
2) Checkout
Refined Cost Breakdown
We’ve refined the breakdown to give you a more accurate view of your costs. With this enhancement, you can better understand the financial details of each transaction.
3) Agreements
Simplified Agreement Screens
Agreement screens have been revised. Instead of writing complex legal texts when creating an agreement, you can now select from simplified, understandable options in a drop-down menu. Once the agreements are completed, the relevant legal version will be displayed.
4) Payment Accounts
Preferred Payment Accounts
You can now see your talents' preferred account for receiving payments. This will give you a clue about which currency they prefer to be paid in.
5) Multi-Company
Seamless Dashboard Display
We've added a company selection option to the top bar for users with the multi-company feature enabled. When a company is selected, the entire dashboard updates to show invoices, agreements, and other documents specific to that company.

Team List
Under the Company section in Settings, you can find a Team list where you can see the employees from your company who are registered with Ruul.
