What’s New for Talents at Ruul?

We're excited to share some updates at Ruul, designed to make your invoicing and payment process smoother and more efficient. Here's what's new:

1) Invoicing

Enhanced Invoice Tracker

Our enhanced invoice tracker now provides detailed updates on your payment status. We've added timestamps to make tracking simpler and included FAQs at each step to help you navigate the process more easily.

Itemized Invoices

Invoices now feature an itemized structure. You can list each service with a description, quantity, and unit price. The total is automatically calculated. Unit options include items, hours, days, weeks, and months.

Transparent Pricing Breakdown

We've made our pricing breakdown more clear. Instead of a modal, we now separate the total client payment from your earnings, providing a complete breakdown for better transparency.

2) Client

New Client Notification

You can now notify clients when they're added to Ruul. Simply select 'Send invitation email to…' while adding them, so they’re informed right away instead of waiting for the invoice. This way, their first communication won't just be an invoice.

3) Payment Accounts

Preferred Payment Accounts

Clients can now know your preferred account to receive payments. This gives them a clue about which currency you prefer to receive payments in.

4) Agreements

Simplified Agreement Screens

Agreement screens have been revised. Instead of writing complex legal texts when creating an agreement, you can now select from simplified, understandable options in a drop-down menu. Once the agreements are completed, the relevant legal version will be displayed.

5) Bonus

Updated Home Page & Guest Checkout Preview

The home page view has been refreshed. And you can now see a preview of the guest checkout process, making it easier to guide your clients when they have questions about this.
