How to make an invoice from a PDF template

Download a template in US Letter or A4.

Open it in your browser, Preview or Acrobat Reader, and click a line to type on it.

Fill in your details and your client's, the invoice number, the dates and each line of work.

Work out the subtotal, tax and amount due. A PDF form doesn't add up by itself.

Save the filled-in PDF and send it to your client, or print it and write on the lines.
Questions
Are these PDF invoice templates free?
Yes. Download any of the eight, in either size, as often as you like. No account needed.
Can I type in the PDF?
Yes. Every line is a form field: open the PDF in your browser, Preview or Acrobat Reader and type. Printed, the fields are blank lines to write on.
US Letter or A4?
US Letter is the usual paper size in the US and Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. Pick the one your client prints on.
Can I invoice a client without a registered company?
Yes. Ruul becomes the legal counterparty on the invoice, so you can invoice clients in 190 countries without a company of your own.
How do I get paid for an invoice?
Put your bank details in the template's payment section, or let your client pay online by card or bank transfer and get paid through Ruul: you receive your payout within 1 business day after your client pays.
