Get paid & payouts
Receive your money, add payout methods, and see supported countries.
Once your client settles an invoice, Ruul takes care of the rest and gets the money to you. Here is how that works and how long each step tends to take.
The payout flow
- Your client pays Ruul. Because Ruul is the Agent of Record, your client pays the invoice to Ruul, by bank transfer or card, and doesn’t need a Ruul account of their own.
- Ruul verifies the payment. Standard compliance and security checks run once the funds arrive, and the invoice status moves to Payment Received.
- Ruul pays you. Your payout goes to the account you chose, in the currency and method you selected, and the status moves to Paid.
How long it takes
Payouts usually begin within 1 business day of Ruul receiving your client’s payment. After that, how quickly the money lands depends on the method:
- Local bank transfers arrive quickly once sent.
- International SWIFT transfers can take 3-4 business days, depending on the intermediary banks involved.
- Crypto and wallet payouts (MiniPay, Binance) are usually faster than traditional banking.
One thing can add time at the start: if your client’s company is paying through Ruul for the first time, it goes through a one-time business verification and may be asked for extra documents. Ruul emails both of you when that happens, so you’ll know it’s the reason.
Where your money can go
You can be paid in 140+ currencies, through a bank account, MiniPay (Digital Dollars, USDT) or Binance (cryptocurrency). To set one up, see how to add and manage your payment account.
If a payout seems late
Check the invoice status first, in how to manage your invoices. Payment Received means your payout is being prepared; Paid means it has been sent and your bank needs a few days to post it. If it has been longer than the timelines above, start a chat and the team will trace it.
