Ruul keeps a paper trail for you, and it sits in two places: the agreements you signed with Ruul, and the commercial invoice issued for each transaction.
Your agreements
Open Settings and go to the Agreements tab. You’ll see every agreement you’ve accepted, with the date you signed it and a download link for each.
These are the documents you accepted when you set up your account and when you added a payout account. Typically that means the Seller Agreement, the Contractor Agreement, and the Terms of Use.

Invoice copies
Invoices aren’t in Settings. Each one lives with the transaction it belongs to.
Open the Invoices tab, click the invoice you want, and download the copy from its Details page. Ruul also emails you a copy each time a client pays.

For everything else you can do from the invoice list, see how to manage your invoices.
Good to know
- Nothing here is deleted. Agreements and invoices are financial records, so your history stays complete.
- Having it all in one account is what makes tax time straightforward. See tax and compliance basics, and how Ruul helps you stay organized and tax-ready.
- Can’t find a specific document? Start a chat with the team and they’ll point you to it or send a copy.
