Who is Ruul for?
Ruul is for freelancers and independent contractors who want to manage their finances without running a company.
It’s ideal for those working across borders or dealing with multiple currencies.
How does Ruul work?
Create Invoice: Enter client information and create the invoice.
Add Collection Account: Add a bank, Cenoa, or Binance account to collect payments.
Client Payment: Your client can make the payment via bank transfer or credit card using the payment link generated with the invoice.
Collect Your Payout: After your client’s payment is processed, we deduct our commission and transfer the remaining amount to your bank account.
Is there a subscription fee?
No, you can get started for free. Ruul takes a small commission from each invoice. There are no monthly subscriptions, hidden costs, or surprises. Check out the pricing calculator here.
How long does it take for me to receive the payment?
Once your client completes the payment and the funds arrive at our bank account, the payout is initiated immediately.
Collecting your payout in your local currency; the funds arrive in your bank account within 24 hours.
Collecting your payout in foreign currency; it may take up to 3 business days for the SWIFT transaction to arrive at your account.
Collecting your payout in cryptocurrency; the funds arrive at your wallet within seconds once the payout is initiated.
How does my client pay?
Each invoice includes a payment link. Your client can use this link to pay without registering on Ruul. They can also sign up and pay from their dashboard. Both bank transfers and credit card payments are supported.
