“Transactional emails are sent to…”
Add extra email addresses here to receive notifications about transactions — for example, when an invoice is issued, paid, or a commercial invoice is sent.
By default, the account’s primary email address receives these emails. Adding more addresses is a handy way to make sure everyone on your finance or operations team stays in the loop on payment updates.

Team
Here, you can see all business accounts linked to your company in Ruul. If there are other users from your company, they’ll be listed here.

Adding new members to the team
- New team members need to register a business account with Ruul first.
- Once their dashboard is set up, they’ll see an “insufficient permissions” screen.
- They (or you) can then contact us to add them to your company’s team, after which they’ll appear under “Team.”
