Signing up as a business

Getting your company set up on Ruul takes only a few minutes. The flow walks you through four short steps — choosing your account type, registering, confirming your email, and adding your company details. Here’s how to create a business account on Ruul:

1. Select business as the user type

2. Create an account

• Enter your first name, last name, and email.
• Choose a strong password.
• Accept the “Terms of Use”.
• Click “Create a business account”.

3. Email verification

After creating your account, you’ll receive an email for verification.

Open the email and click the link to verify your email address and proceed:

If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder and ensure that your inbox is set up to receive emails. If you still cannot locate the email, click “Resend verification email” to receive a new verification link.

4. Enter company details

This information will be used on invoices, so please make sure it’s accurate.

Depending on where your company is registered, the required details may vary.

You’ll land on your dashboard, where you can start adding contractors right away. The next step is verifying your company so you can pay people — see business verification (KYB). Because Ruul acts as the Agent of Record for each engagement, your contractor payments stay compliant and you don’t need a local entity in every country you pay into.
