How you receive your money on Ruul

How and when your payouts reach you, and the methods you can use.

Updated June 19, 2026

Once your client settles an invoice, Ruul takes care of the rest and gets the money to you. Here’s exactly how the process works and how long each step tends to take — and for the bigger picture, the get paid page walks through your options.

The payout flow

  1. Your client pays Ruul. Because Ruul is the Agent of Record, your client pays the invoice to Ruul — by bank transfer or card — and doesn’t need a Ruul account.
  2. Ruul verifies the payment. Standard compliance and security checks run once the funds arrive. The invoice status moves to Payment Received.
  3. Ruul pays you. Your payout is sent to your chosen payout account, in the currency and method you selected. The status then moves to Paid.

How long it takes

Payouts usually begin within one business day of Ruul receiving your client’s payment. After that, the time for funds to land depends on your method:

  • Local bank transfers typically arrive quickly once initiated.
  • International / SWIFT transfers can take 3–4 business days, depending on the intermediary banks involved.
  • Crypto and wallet payouts (MiniPay, Binance, Cenoa) usually arrive faster than traditional banking.

Where your money can go

You can receive payouts in 140+ currencies, through:

  • Bank account — paid straight to your bank.
  • MiniPay — Digital Dollars (USDT) to your MiniPay wallet.
  • Binance — cryptocurrency to your Binance account.
  • Cenoa — Digital Dollars (USDC) to your Cenoa wallet.

If a payout seems late

First, check the invoice status under track and manage your payments:

  • Payment Received — your payout is being prepared. Allow the timelines above, especially for SWIFT transfers.
  • Paid — the payout has been sent; give your bank a few business days to post it.
